Nowadays is more common to celebrate any kind of even around many people such friends, relatives, coworkers and people that you have just recently met. As i was growing up in a family that owns a restaurant i was forced to help my mom since i was 13 years old. Obviously, i haven't started with planning an event right away i was doing things step by step. Beginning of my experience in that field was a part-time job as cleaning lady. So i came to work and helped main cleaning ladies to complete the work they were responsible for. Once i turned 16 years old i have already seen a lot that is why my mother allowed me to help a chief and sometimes to work as waitresses. Then at my 18 years old i was hired by my mother as a bartender. We served many variable parties and meetings such as a Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, New Near Eve, Women's Day, Men's Day and others. In other words the way, my childhood was, inspired me to create this blog.

Planning an event is a work that includes many aspects so it is better to entrust this work to professionals. So i made a step-by-step instruction to ensure that your party goes off without a hitch.

Step1: Think of a Theme

You will need to have an appropriate theme to your party. That creates an appearance of a well-organised event and helps to focus specific aspects. Important factors to include:
-type of party, such as a wedding or birthday event;
-guest of Honor;
-number of guests;
-age of guests;
-place such a house, restaurant, hotel, park, garden etc.;
-your budget.

Step2: Make a Date.

Choose an appropriate day and time for your party and be sure to give yourself enough time to prepare. While deciding on a day and time for a party be considerate of your guests' schedule and make sure to avoid a holiday or other special events.

Step3: Send Invitations.

After you send invitations to all guests give them some time to think and then call to make sure who is coming and who is not. It would make a process of preparation easy for you will know the exact amount of people that accepted your invitation (number of seats, amount of food, and etc).

Step4: Make a Plan of your event.

My making a plan you might need to decide approximately the time time, when to eat, when and what to play, the time for dance and etc.

Step5: Entertainment.

 Book entertainment such as a band, DJ or a toaster (do this as early as possible because people who are the best in this field are usually very busy).

Step 6: Food.

-first of all you have to decide if you prepare by yourself or order from a restaurant;
-in the first case you need to go through the menu of some places and make an order of what you would like to see on your table;
-in the second case you need to work harder but for sure it will be way cheaper. So you need to decide what to cook, then make a list of each dish with a recipe, and finally write down a list of ingredients you already have and you have to buy.

Step 7: Bar menu.

I would recommend to work on a bar menu at the beginning as you are able to buy everything a way before the party (alcohol is not perishable) and not to worry about it anymore. You will need glasses, straws, ice, liqueurs, juices, lemon.

Step 8: Decoration.

On this step you will face two options. First option is to decorate by yourself or the second option is to hire a person to do it for you.

Step 9: Book rentals.

After you decoration plan is set you would probably need some furniture, dishes and other stuff. So you need to book all rentals are needed.

Step 10: Seating plan.

The best way to except any inconvenient situations during choosing a seat between guests is complete a seating plan. Once guests arrive at your party they will know which seat is for them.

Step 11: Delivery time.

Call caterer, rentals or staffing to confirm delivery times.

Step 12: Day of you party.

Wake up with a good mood, finish all that you left for today, take a shower, get dressed, wear a smile, meet your guests and have fun!
